How will a Commission Work?
1. Fill out the form and share your vision​​​​

My pricing ranges depending on the project, complexity, size, and detail. Here are my general ranges:

Small Portraits or Illustrations (Anything smaller than 16 by 20 inches): $150 - 300​

Large Portraits or Illustration (Anything starting/larger than 16 by 20 inches): $300 - 1000

Album/Book/etc Covers (Flat Fee): $300 - 500

Murals: $40 per Square Feet

Turnaround time for paintings are usually 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Murals are usually 3-5 weeks, depending on the weather.

2. Quote & Deposit
​​
After you submit your form, i'll reach out either through email or phone (depending on your preferred communication preference) to finalize details. After that, i'll send you a payment request for a 50% deposit. 50% deposit is required before I begin your commission.​
​
3. Creative Process
​
This is where things start to get really interactive! Once you pay your deposit, i'll be actively providing updates during general working hours for key stages (around 8 am to 8 pm) to ensure that your project meets your vision and standards. I will let you know how "complete" the project is (Such as, 25% done, 50% done, 75% done, "almost done"). Throughout this process, i'll be making any refinements as best as I can. However, the earlier the better, as once I hit the 75% completion stage, it will get difficult to refine!

Note: If a painting/project hits the "almost done stage" and you want major or substantial changes, you may be subject to an additional fee!

4. Approval and Final Payment

Once the project is "done," a final image will be sent to you for approval. If you want any tweaks/changes, i'm happy to modify, as I want to ensure you are happy with your piece! After you approve the final image, the remaining 50% balance will be required before it's delivered or dropped off. ​If you commissioned a painting or illustration, I will ensure that they are varnished before delivered.

5. Shipping or In-Person Drop Off for Paintings
​
If you live within 25 miles of Kent, WA, i'm happy to drop off your painting! If you're farther than 25 miles, i'll ensure that your painting is not only varnished, but securely packaged and shipped with care. At this time, shipping costs are not included with your purchase.
